Where the order ship from?
We are 100% Australian company and all orders will be sent from our Melbourne warehouse.
How late can I place my order to get same day dispatch?
All orders will leave our warehouse on the same day. The cutoff time is 1PM. Orders placed after this time on a Fridays and public holidays will not be dispatched until the following working day.
Which courier company you are using?
We are shipping via AUPOST.
How do I track my order?
We provide tracking for the order, which will include in the dispatching notification email.

If it's not what I wanted (or faulty), what about return and refund?
1) If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty product or you’ve changed your mind, no problems. We’ll try to make it as easy as we can. In fact, we’ll make it free.
2) Simply print and fill out our Freepost address label by clicking here and be sure to return it to us within 30 days (keeping your Post Office receipt of course).
3) We are unable to accept unwanted orders that are returned outside of 30 days or has been used.
